**$250 ($350 high season)deposit is required to secure booking. Deposits are non refundable unless 14 days notice of cancellation is given, or 28 days in peak season. Cancellations will incur a $50 administration fee. Balance of accommodation is payable on arrive and is not subject to refund. Eftpos, MasterCard & Visa are accepted. Specific apartments or floor levels cannot be guaranteed. Additional people $20 per night / $50 per week. All bookings are subject to our terms & conditions of occupancy. **
DEPOSITS/PAYMENT
To confirm a booking a $250 deposit is required, within 2 days ($350 in peak season) . A personal cheque will be accepted for deposits only.
The balance of accommodation is payable on arrival. For check in after hours full payment before arrival is required. We accept cash, bank cheque, MasterCard, Visa or EFTPOS as payment. If paid by EFT, EFTPOS, cash or bank cheque a $250 ($350 high season) cash security deposit will be required.
CHECK IN / OUT
Check in time is from 2pm. Check out time is before 10am (9am during mid & high season)
Reception closes at 5pm weekdays, 3pm Saturday & 11:30am on Sundays. If you will be arriving outside of these hours you must contact Reception prior to arrival to arrange alternative access to your apartment.
IDENTIFICATION
A drivers licence and current credit card will be required on check-in.
UNIT ALLOCATION
All effort will be made by management to place guests in a requested unit. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated.
CONDITIONS
The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damages, loss or additional cleaning to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any Guest.
The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
Guests must only park cars in the designated car spot.
Only the number of people shown on the deposit letter/receipt may stay in the apartment overnight.
No animals or pets are to be brought into the complex except as provided under the Guide Dogs Act 1972.
Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a Guest may sustain while in the complex.
The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.
The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any misdescription of the apartment.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
A refund of the deposit, less an administrative fee of $50, will be made if more than 28 days notice is given in high season or 14 days notice at all other times.
There is no refund for early departure.
