RENOVATION SPECIALS

The Chateau will be undergoing renovation works from 8th February 2010. This will necessitate the swimming pool, spa, steam room and sauna to be closed until mid March 2010.
THE BUILDING WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR BOOKINGS DURING THIS TIME BUT IN RECOGITION OF THE POTENTIAL INCONVENIENCE TO GUESTS, RENOVATION TARIFFS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR A LIMITED TIME.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENT
To confirm a booking a $200 deposit is required
within 7 days ($250 for Christmas/New Years bookings). A personal cheque will be accepted for deposits only.The
balance of accommodation is payable on arrival. We accept cash,
bank cheque, MasterCard, Visa or EFTPOS as payment. If the balance is paid by bank cheque, cash or EFTPOS then a $200 security deposit is required to cover incidentals.
IDENTIFICATION
A drivers licence (if applicable) and current
credit card will be required on check-in.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in: from 2.00pm Monday to Saturday
and before 12noon on Sunday
Check-out: Before 10.00am in low season. Before 9.00am in high season
UNIT ALLOCATION
Every effort will be made by management
to place guests in a requested apartment. Where circumstances beyond
our control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated.
CONDITIONS
- The Guest will be liable for payment
of any charges incurred together with all replacements and necessary
costs for any damages or loss to the apartment and its contents
or the Body Corporate property caused by any Guest.
- The apartment must not be used for
any unlawful purpose.
- Guests must only park cars in the
designated car spot.
- Only the number of people shown
on the deposit letter/receipt may stay in the apartment overnight.
- No animals or pets are to be brought
into the complex except as provided under the Guide Dogs Act 1972.
- Neither the Body Corporate, the
Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss
of property which a Guest may sustain while in the complex.
- The Manager may inspect the apartment
at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice
if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach
of these conditions.
The Manager and the apartment owner are
not responsible for any misdescription of the apartment.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
A refund of the deposit, less an administrative
fee of $30, will be made if more than 28 days notice of cancellation is given for
high season bookings or 14 days notice at all other times.
There is no refund for early departure.
