Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Deposits
A deposit of $300 is required to confirm each booking, a deposit of $500 is required for high season bookings.

Confirmation
Accommodation will be confirmed only on receipt of deposit paid.
A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed.

Cancellation
Bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to check in will receive a refund of deposit, less a $50 administration fee.
Bookings cancelled within 14 days and up to 24 hours of check in will forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.

Payment
Credit card must be provided on check-in or $500 security deposit is required.
The full balance of the tariff is payable at check in.
Visa, Mastercard and Amex are accepted. Personal cheques and Diners Club are not accepted.

Full Terms & Conditions of Booking and Occupancy

Please read these conditions carefully. Each person signing these conditions (“the guest”) acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person (also referred to as “guest”) occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the guest.

  1. The remaining balance must be paid on arrival, before collecting keys.
  2. Charges must be paid by cash, bank cheque, MasterCard or Visa before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made Personal Cheques will not be accepted. If paid by cash or bank cheque an additional security will be required. A Credit card pre-authorisation of $400 security deposit will be debited or $400 cash on arrival is required.
  3. A full refund of the security deposit will be made by an EFT or full refundable following guest departure or full refundable cash and inspection of the unit providing that there are no unpaid bills, damage, breakages or losses.
  4. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt.
  5. The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any guest together will all placements and necessary costs for any damage, loss or additional cleaning required to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any guest.
  6. Guest must not place clothes airers on balcony or hang any items over the balconies
  7. Guests must only park cars in the designated car spot. (Visitor parking in front of complex)
  8. Only the number of people shown on the registration form must stay in the apartment overnight.
  9. Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager not the Apartment Owner is liable for any damages, loss or additional cleaning to the property which a guest may sustain while on the complex.
  10. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated if after, receiving a warning, any Guest fails to comply.
  11. No refund for early departure.
  12. The manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.
  13. The manager and apartment owner are not responsible for any mis-description of the apartment.
  14. In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administration fee, will only be made if more than 28 days’ notice is given in high season or 14¬† days’ notice at other times.
  15. The guest authorises the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise.
  16. Check-out time (low season) 10:00am (high season) 9:00am. Any late-check outs must be arranged at reception 24 hours prior to departure.
  17. Any loss of keys / FOBS incurs a $150.00 charge.
  18. Every effort will be made by management to place guests in a requested unit. Where  circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated.
  19. We guarantee that levels 4-13 have WATER views, OCEAN views are NOT guaranteed.
